Who's Tommy Cassano?
Tommy is founder of the OutdoorBody - a community, a set of health hacks and resources for busy people that include: Fasting Programs, the Dedicated Detox, and OutdoorBody Workout Systems. 

He is an international speaker and researcher in the world of biohacking, longevity, and vitality. He is a highly motivated, experienced, elite health and fitness trainer, executive coach and ultra-trail runner.  Nearly 15 years in the Health & Fitness industry from owning gyms, multiple businesses, and constantly becoming the best version of himself. 

Since graduating from Colgate University as student-athlete in football, he has been helping busy people achieve greater success in their health, fitness, longevity and overall confidence. His purpose is to take people to the next level of mindset with regards to optimizing their overall wellbeing. He is extremely passionate about living a healthy, adventurous life full of vigor and exploring the unknown to achieve greater success for himself and others!
